Great watch for my 11 yr old. Value for money.

For the price it is a nice bit of kit looks very smart and nothing tacky about it grandson of 5 was very happy with it so thumbs up easy to set up easy to use .

As expected

Considering the fact that this is just a simple watch where you can buy Chinese smart watch for 20 pounds, I was slightly disappointed. In description it says coming in gift box so can be a perfect present, that was our plan but it came in a plain cardboard box and a plastic bag. The quality really cheap but for first watch to our 7 years old son it doesn't matter. Have analogue and digital part but kind of useless functions. The other purpose were not to buy a smart watch so he can wear in school without disturbing the class and the teacher by constantly pressing and playing on it as it only showing the time. The watch survived bath time so can say have some kind of water resistant ability. Overall I was about to send it back cause of the disappointment but then nothing would have arrived on time for his birthday so decided to keep it. For me the price quite high for what you get there are many other options available for those who do not wish to give a smart watch to a little kid like us.

Delighted. We wanted a watch with hands so our son would still know how to tell the time, but he wanted the stop watch features, date, light etc. It was hard to find such a watch, but this fits the bill perfectly. I was concerned that it looks quite big in the picture, but it fits his wrists fine, on the third from smallest hole but with plenty more holes to allow for growth- he is just 8 and I would say his wrists are pretty average for his age. For the price this watch seems to be amazing value, he has learned to use it quickly and the older boys at school have admired it, so he's chuffed. Only had it a week so no idea of life expectancy, but it has already survived being dropped and going swimming and at least it has a nice flat back to put a name sticker on it so it might not get lost.

While the watch initially seemed great, with various features and a comfortable strap, I'm disappointed to report that the strap broke within just nine months. Given that this product is still within the supposed one-year warranty period, I assumed getting a replacement or repair would be straightforward. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. Despite the seller's claims of a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and a "12-month warranty," I found no way to access customer support or warranty services. Neither TOPCABIN nor Amazon provides a clear method for consumers to seek warranty claims or assistance. Amazon’s policy of disclaiming responsibility and redirecting customers to the seller or manufacturer’s website—without any real contact options—is frustrating. Since Amazon lists this watch as "Amazon's Choice," one would expect better quality assurance and support. It’s disappointing that Amazon promotes such a product but absolves itself of any responsibility, leaving customers like me with no clear recourse for issues under warranty. If you’re considering this watch for its low price, I would advise caution. While it may seem like a good deal, the lack of customer support makes it a risky purchase.
