Iโve been cooking up a storm with these! Double spatula works great to manage cooking for a crowd and avoid spills. The scraper works great and can double for food management. Us the second spatula handle to smash your burgers without buying a press.

Very comfortable in my hands when using them while griddling, new to the griddle scene but with these utensils it feels easier.

This set was a recommendation from Neal -- The Flat Top King. And it lives up to the hype. The spatulas are the perfect size and weight, with excellent flexibility. The dough scraper works perfectly as a griddle scraper and chopper. All in all, a great set that is well worth the money.

Good, but not sure what the cut-out in one of the spatulas is for.
