i wouldn't be without this
I use this at night as a relaxing aid for sleeping and can highly recommend. I asked GP before taking it to make sure it was ok with my other meds and was told it is an excellent choice for me. I wouldn't be without it now.

Gross taste and doesn't work!
Waste of money does not work. You would think the gross taste would give results but nope, you suffer drinking it only to stay awake.
