Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, 64GB, Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I realize not all refurbished items will be in the same condition, but the A14 5G I received is like new. I couldn't find a single blemish on the phone and it functions perfectly. It is also unlocked just as advertised. It's not only compatible with our service, but worked without any issue or need for activation as soon as I inserted the SIM card from my old Motorola. There is likely a slight decrease in battery life, but nothing I can confirm since it lasts very well. The seller also included a charger and cable. The charger works well. In spite of being generic it's an adaptive fast charger and it does, in fact, trigger fast charging on the phone. That's something even the higher powered chargers we have lying around do not do. The cable is one of those plastic-y ones that isn't particularly flexible but it worked just fine until I replaced it.

I've sadly had a horrible experience with this seller. I purchased 2 phones for Christmas. Had to send both back for being defective. A lot of glitches and frozen screen. After I received the 2 replacements, one was completely wonky, the other glitches from time to time. I sent the wonky one back and they sent me yet another phone... this time, it's not stable on network connection. It works sometimes but most of the time, nope. I've checked the Sim, called the carrier and they informed me it's on the phones end. Must be something in the background of how they set up the unlocked phone. Sadly I'll be returning and being that I can't find this exact phone from another seller, I hope to get a replacement that finally works. I paid for excellent condition. I hope they make this right and so I could update my review. Could just be terrible luck.

I received the phone and it was in great condition, no scratches and it was clean. Looked new to me. The real test was using it and seeing how it run and I wasn't disappointed, it run smooth, it downloaded an app in 3 seconds to start and that's the fastest download I've ever had on any phone I've had. The graphics and screen is amazing. It doesn't run hot even while charging and using it. Great quality for the price. I would rate it 5 out of 5 but there's one slight problem which I'm really having an issue with, almost put 3 stars because this is no small feat, after powering on it only stays connected to the network for so long before it stops reading the sim. But it is refurbished and there's no telling what all had to be fixed on it. It's probably a hardware issue but if push comes to shove I'll make sure I have the correct firmware and flash the firmware back on there to see if it is the software that's the issue. I dont know if they put new firmware on it when they refurbish it or not but it's simple. I thought about sending it back because of how much it disconnects but I'll just keep turning it off and back on to get it to reboot reading it. Overall it is a very good phone for the price that I payed and it's years newer than my old cracked phone. 8/10 rating overall 4/5 stars

You won't be disappointed. Phone looks new and all the hardware works well. I definitely recommend this model.

I was very paranoid, but it has worked out wonderfully.It was an ease to transfer all my information.Definitely has twice the storage as my A03, i love it. It's a beautiful looking phone and the condition of it was wonderful.

I recently bought a phone from a different store from Amazon, and it really truly does look brand new. I decided I wanted to get another one for my fiance's birthday in August (I'm a horrible gifter and normally gift early or at the least plans months in advance). Well I was not so happy when I couldn't order from the original store the exact same device, so since this store did have a few in stock I took a chance and did this store instead. This store sold me the exact phone I wanted and there was only a $2 difference in price comparison to my original purchase, I also got the EXACT same quality I had ordered prior at the other store. I am not happy with the obvious picking marks from where they pride the previous screen off I assume, it is very noticable in a few areas of the phone along with a few indentions and a little bit of separation at the top. The indentions don't matter as much to me, but the obviously worked on glass has me questioning the quality on if it will hold up. Cheap phone? Yes. Doesn't work? Yes. Is it the most cosmetically pretty? No, But hey it's an upgrade that won't break bank. Id recommend they quality check better or decide on a new scale because the previous store with the exact same phone and wear for practically the same price, gave me a great nearly new device along with the original box and it had waaay better packaging and the phone still even had the film to protect the glass instead of a single piece of paper that this company has for "protection". We shall see how it does long term however. Luckily I bought a case and am gifting it ready to use so it does somewhat hide those damages, but if love chooses to put a different case on it may not be able to.
