Hairy Bikers Stainless Steel Reliable Robust Healthy Soup Maker & Juicer

I have made vegetable soup so far and was very pleased that it was easy to use and the end result was excellent. My grandson who is 11 is very fond of soup and he had 2 bowlfuls and thought it was very good indeed.

This item has been used a handful of times and no longer provides smooth soups - it simply refused to work anymore - it has certainly not been overused and has been cleaned and cared for - beware the seller only offers 6 months pathetic warranty and when I first asked about a refund it was just over that , Amazon can / have done nothing as it is over the 90 days - I went back to the manufacturer and they have advised me that the seller should be giving me 12 months not 6 but they have closed my refund claim - so I am left with a useless product and out of pocket - if I could give it zero stars I would have done - beware do not buy this product and avoid this seller if you can

arrived on time great gadget lovely homemade soup that you know exactly whats in it. shame there was no receipt book with it. but have found some on line very pleased well worth the money.

poor performance soup cold and not shredded properly

Slightly disappointed in this soup maker,it doesn't chop up all the veg for a smooth soup,Or it chops up the veg, and it doesn't get to very hot, it seems cooking time not long enough

Easy to use

I bought this Soupmaker to replace a Morphy Richards which failed, I had electrical trouble with it and decided that a change of direction might be in order. Having bought Hairy Bikers products in the past and being very pleased with them I thought that this may be a good product. I have been very pleased so far, I have made a couple of veg soups so far and used both the blend mode and chunky, both of which gave me excellent results. I have also used the heat/simmer mode to reheat the soup before eating it, again excellent results.All in all I am very pleased with my purchase, delivery was next day and the item arrived well packaged.

This item makes fantastic smooth soup I don't like vegetables but I can eat them in a smooth soup thank you.
