Keeps your energy in check.
I can't speak from my own experiences as I bought this for my dad, however, he did say it was easy to make, kept his levels in check as he's diabetic and his levels tend to drop while on a long cycle. That being said, he loved the taste and how effective they were for his rides.

Tried a few alternatives, none of which agreed with my stomach. Had no issues with these at all, they’re very smooth and digested well - taste is very good and a noticeable impact on overall performance for my cycling events. Felt a surge of energy ~ 30 minutes following consumption. I find the convenience of sipping this highly valuable vs trying to consume solids.

This is the only cycling fuel product for me now!
Finally a product that works for me and a sensitive stomach! I have tried all the big brands and all the flavors and end up not felling good after a sportive or big day out in the saddle. The flavor is good but most importantly they dont make you feel rough the next day. Try it and you wont be disappointed.

Liguid fuel for mtb
Dissolves well and no taste, very sweet, and I would recommend introducing it slowly to your system if your not used to taking fuels on your rides. It does work.

Smooth, Effective Energy for Long Rides and Runs
I used this powder mix mainly during long bike rides and a few 20+km runs — it’s excellent. The caffeine gives a noticeable lift, but it’s the steady energy release that really stands out. No crash, no GI issues, and the mix goes down well. It dissolves easily in a bottle without clumping, and it’s been ideal for sessions over 90 minutes where I need hydration and fuel in one. Definitely something I’ll keep stocked for race prep and longer training days.
