I've been using this companies pump version of this product for years. It worked but took an effort. I drink Cream soda in the 20oz plastic bottles. I use this and can make one bottle last 2-3 days without losing the fizz. Only take sips at a time, Docs orders. So have to treat it like a treat and not a staple. 6-7 pumps of this thing puts enough air back in the bottle to keep it fresh as long as I want really. Flip the top take a swig snap back in place pump a few times and back in the fridge. So far it's working great.

These bottle cappers are great for keeping fizz in carbonated sodas. They work with standard, plastic soda bottles. If you are prone to arthritis in your hands, you may find you have difficulty with them though. On the off occasion when my hands are swollen and stiff, I find that I have to pump these up by wedging them between a counter top and the heel of my hand. They do take a bit of pumping, and the soda will not retain all of its initial pep. Still, is is much better than just capping the bottle back up with its own cap.

It will keep your 2 liter from going flat for at least 3-5 days. Game changer for my househol, which always has soda but doesn’t drink a lot at once. Has saved us a lot of money. Easy to use but takes a while to pump a big bottle. Doesn’t leak and a has a good seal. Overall, this is a quality little gadget

My initial impression of the product was good. It seemed to be of reasonably sturdy construction and didn't feel particularly cheap. However, upon using the product, it became clear that it didn't work as intended. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, trying it on several different soda bottles before passing judgment. In each case, the product initially pressurized the bottles well but within a day, the pressure was gone and my soda went flat. I made sure the product was tightly screwed on and properly seated, but in each case, the outcome was the same. I thought perhaps I simply had a defective unit. Such things happen in manufacturing and it wouldn't be fair to rate a whole product line as bad over a single defect. However, upon careful inspection, I could find no defect. The rubber gasket that sealed the pump to the bottle was intact, properly seated and showed no obvious signs of being malformed. The hinge felt solid and the latch appeared to snap securely and seal. Nothing appeared defective. I can therefore only conclude that the design is itself is flawed. It's a shame. I liked the look and design of this product and I really wanted it to work. However, this product does not work as intended and I cannot recommend that anyone purchase it.

I've only had this for a week or far but I am already in love! It works awesome to keep the 2l soda fizzy. I'm a cheap old curmudgeon and buy the cheapest soda I can which means after the first glass the rest of the bottle is flat. Flat no longer that is! I chose this type over the pump as it doesn't have to be taken off to pour the soda. The bottle opening is a little more restricted and since the carbonation is still fresh I have to pour slower anyway to avoid the dreaded fizz foam My only worry is durability. So far fine and I'll update this review should that change but I am mildly concerned about the plastic latch giving up the ghost. For the price I am a satisfied customer and if I get a year out of it it will be a very worthwhile investment.

It works when the bottle is more than half full. After that, needs too many pumps to build any pressure

Sodas are so expensive but I don't drink a 2 liter as fast because I limit how much I have daily. This has come in handy to keep my 2 liter fresh for days. Easy to use, doesn't leak, perfect fit for 2 liter bottles. Definitely recommends and will be buying another one for my son as I drink diet and he doesn't. Great design for a great product.

It works. Gave it the ultimate test. A 3l lemonade used by one person. Finished it after almost four days and still noticeably fizzy. Normally yhe last .5l is totally flat and is chucked. Gives a lively pop when released. Well worth a tenner.

J'ai hésité entre ce modèle et l'autre de couleur blanche. J'ai finalement pris les 2. Je préfère ce modèle car le coté "boule" est finalement plus simple pour remettre sous pression, de plus pas obligé de dévisser, mais de déclipser. Seul hic, ce modèle est plus haut sur la bouteille, et du coup c'est moins évident que ca rentre dans votre portière de frigo.

A month in, the two Jokaris we ordered are still working perfectly. That can NOT be said for all the cheap ones we've tried -- they don't work AT ALL, right out of the package.
