Thank you for your question, this shock absorber of ours is only suitable for CPC-07 CPC-08 mobile phone holder, it is not suitable for NICECNC, but it works better than NICECNC.

Screws that hold the spring to the holder fell out. Was only able to find one. Is it possible to send me a replacement screw?

Take the one you found to a hardware store. They may be able to match it.
