Perhaps it’s just me but I really don’t like it. Yes, it thickens quickly but 1- strange taste and 2- flour like texture. Used one. Tried again (in case I did it ‘wrong’ the first time). Threw the rest away. :(

Used for a jelly cake
I bought these to make a clear jelly for a jelly cake and added my own flavouring and as its clear I can add my own labouring too.

It does not curdle as I put it in the photo
It was not what I expected it tastes like lemon does not set well. It is grainy, 6 packages came and they all went to the garbage because I tried to make the jelly three times the first time with two envelopes, no rennet the second time I put less water than it said there and I put and used two rennet envelopes a little more The first the third time, use the water hands of the one that I had already put on the second time and it curdled but not perfectly enough to cut with a knife, according to the release, it overflowed as if it were large sugar as in the photo it puts it I wanted it to make a little dessert but it didn't work for me it's too much money for something that is useless

Not the greatest
One sachet is one cup of jelly. Instructions " add podwder to half a cup of cold water, then mix in a third of hot water, thats fine but what size cup? Also this is not clear jelly, it's so cloudy . All in all very disappointed
