I didn’t put it in the fridge & it still gave a cool sensation. Packaging is bad though. It’s loose so the gel was spread inside of the packaging as well as on my hands when I pulled the product out. Bush balm needs better packaging. On to the next for me.

I was skeptical at first, but wow - over time after a few masks i have noticed a difference. I started getting very bad ingrown and pimples when i went waxing. now, i shave normally. my routine has been working super well. I use an exfoliant before showering, once i rinse off and shave in a downward direction, i use the bush balm oil and sometimes a mask before the oil and it has helped tremendously with the redness, bumps and ingrowns!
