We cooked 1,500 pancakes in a couple hours and this dispenser made the job so much easier, cleaner, and more efficient. Highly recommend this over the cheap plastic junk dispensers that don't work.

I tested this product during a church pancake cook. The dispenser delivered consistent pancakes by dropping the exact amount of pancake. Worked well and seem durable. You did need a bit of hand strength to dispense the food and I used two hands to keep from wobbling around too much. There were no instructions in the box on how to change the metering but I did find videos online.

I was suckered into providing the food and cooking for our church's 4th of July pancake breakfast, and decided to pick one of these little gems up. There are more flimsy aluminum models on the market (which you cannot put into the dishwasher), but this stainless steel model worked wonderfully. We had two long camp stoves going (room to cook about 20 cakes at once), and the dispenser easily held enough batter for an entire run of 20. The stand was stable while I refilled the dispenser from a 5-gallon bucket. We fed the masses quickly with nicely browned pancakes. All in all, a resounding success. Which of course will guarantee me the assignment for life.

Quality piece of equipment, my only problem is I don’t know how to make adjustment to make a bigger pancake

This is the only way to make a lot of pancakes - I host a Memorial Day breakfast for about 300 plus people in front of my home each year. We do pancakes, sausage and bacon and the guests bring something to share. This past year we used this and we had two guys mixing pancake mix, filling this up .. the one cooking had it available to drop the mix - everything was even, all pancakes the same .. a breeze as compared to what we once did.

The top to dispense batter was very hard to push and when I cleaned it the whole top part fell all apart. Will be returning it for refund.

I didn't like it the first time I used it. It was hard to set the amount to dispense, and hard to press the plunger. After using for a week or is much easier and we all are happy to have it
