Bought these in hope to help promote breastmilk supply however sadly think was a little too late. The capsules smell and can taste them on your breath after. Urine definitely became a bright yellow as mentioned in product description.

Don’t be fooled by the 3200mg claim. The labeling is contradictory and the actual potency is weak. ​The Math Gap: Even if we generously assume the 10:1 ratio is correct (320mg extract), at 50% saponins, you only get 160mg of actives per serving. However, the label also claims only 160mg of extract total, which would mean a tiny 80mg of saponins. ​The Reality: Most clinical studies use 300mg–600mg of saponins for results. This product provides as little as 13–25% of a therapeutic dose. ​In conclusion: The label contradicts itself, and best case, you're still only getting a fraction of what’s needed for actual benefits. This is one of the most expensive ways to buy fenugreek when you calculate the cost per mg of saponins.

Smell quite strong but taste fine. Good value for money

Fenugreek has quite a few potential health benefits from helping to regulate blood sugar levels to increasing breast milk production amongst some of the claims from limited research. Fenugreek has been used for hundreds, if not thousands of years for its ayruvedic properties as well as being used in cooking. These painkiller sized capsules are easy to take although the suggested dose of 4 per day seems a lot if you're just starting to take fenugreek supplementation. Research suggests to start off around the 400 to 500mg mark daily and these capsules are around the 600mg dose per capsule. It's entirely up to you but I'd be inclined to start with 1 a day for a week or so and work up to 4 per day if needed. These arrived in a sealed bottle with a best before date giving me nearly 3 years to use them by and they are also batch numbered for assurity. The bottle also has the GMP (good manufacturing process) stamp and non GMO stamp. No artificial colours added but these aren't suitable for vegans due to the gelatin capsule shell. The bottle is recyclable. 180 capsules at 4 per day giving you a 45 days supply isn't bad value for £9.99 at time of review and well worth trying. Look up the benefits of this supplement beforehand and see if these may help you and as always with supplements always check with your healthcare professional if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition and/or taking regular medication. Not recommended for under 18s. These should be taken with or just after a meal and shouldn't be taken on an empty stomach. I'm quite happy to supplement my diet with these especially to help regulate my blood sugar levels as I get older and more at risk of diabetes. I would definitely consider purchasing these as the price and dose level are good value in my opinion and the assurity stamps, batch number etc gives me confidence in the brand.

Man muss denke ich auch dran glauben. Ich persönlich hatte dann wieder mehr Milch. Ob das an den Kapseln lag oder an den 3Liter Tee am Tag, das weis man nicht.

Utilisé en complément pour l’allaitement, Fonctionne très bien, je vois la différence dès que je stoppe. Laisse une petite odeur dans la transpiration mais je recommande aux allaitantes !
