I have used this table for Bowenwork since Oct. of 2014. The table itself is ok. I have a fleece pad in addition to the table, and people seem to like it. I ended up throwing away the sheet/face cradle cover that comes with it, since it was scratchy material. There is no way that I would ask anyone to put their face on that fabric. I have also bought a different face pillow because the common complaint was that it was hard to breathe. This face pillow is a bit small and cheap. Small pillow = small hole for breathing space. It is also not very comfortable to rest your face on it. So, plan on buying a different face pillow. (This will make it impossible to stow inside the table when it's folded up, because any other face pillow will be too big for that.) I bought the basic face pillow from Earthlite, which can be attached to the face cradle platform that comes with this table. The platform has velcro, the face pillow has velcro...voila! The bolster does the job but it is small. The arm rests on this one are a nice feature, but heavier clients have a harder time turning over on this table than they would if it were wider. I will probably end up buying a wider used table and make this table my secondary table. Overall, the table is ok, but I would buy the more basic package, unless you think you would save money by getting the bolster with this package. Honestly, you might be better off looking for a nicer used table. I kind of wish that I had, although this table does do the job and it didn't cost much.

Well I would like start my review with the following caveat...(I am not a masseuse nor do I have any experience in massage at all). With that being said I was very pleased with this product. The table is very well constructed and is surprisingly very sturdy for how small the legs are. I bought this table to be able to give massages to my pregnant wife (8 months) and she fits comfortably on the table with room to spare. The table is completely adjustable height, crescent rest, etc. The table folds in half and fits in a carrying bag. The carrying bag is a little awkward because the table is so large even when folded in half. It has a shoulder strap and I am 6ft tall and have no problems carrying it but I could see how it would be hard for someone who is short to try to carry it around. That being said I don't think they could of made it more portable than it already is without compromising its sturdiness. The accessories conveniently, albeit awkwardly fit inside of the table when folded up. Ideally it would have been better to have set places where the accessories fit, the straps that hold them do not do a great job. This is me being as nit-picky as I possibly can be and by no means should be a reason for you not to buy this product. The price is hard to beat and the quality is definitely superb. You will not go wrong with buying this product. So far this has been one of my better purchases in a long time. My wife laughed at me when I bought it until her first massage and then she praised it.

This review is for the Black 2" pad massage table. I am not a massage therapist, this table was purchased for non commercial use only. I have been to many massage/physical therapists and chiropractors for back and neck pain and think I have a pretty decent familiarity with the massage world. I'll break the review of this table down into the three main components I was concerned with when purchasing: Comfort, sturdiness, ease of use Comfort - The table is pretty average in terms of comfort over time, it is certainly not the most comfortable I've ever been in but I do feel immediately relaxed when I lay face down. After about 45 minutes the coushin is fully depressed and the table starts to feel a bit rigid. I am 6'1 and weigh 190, the 2" pad is fine by me but a heavier person might like a thicker pad. On the other hand my girlfriend is about 5'4 120, she thinks it's perfect. The face support is great for a 30 minute session, but starts to create pressure points for periods longer than that. The arm rests are pretty useless unless you are a bit wide. My biggest plus for the table is that it allows me to lay flat, face down, long enough to relieve the strain on my neck...Every muscle in my back relaxes and I am able to take deep breaths. Sturdiness - I have had at the most 350lbs (weight + force of massage) on this table with no creaking or problems otherwise. The legs don't look like much but they are surprisingly sturdy and there are also cable ties below the table which help to stablize. The table can be raised and lowered, but I tend to keep it lower. As would be expected, raising the table also decreases its ability to resist moments. I believe it is rated to 450lbs for no pressure "massages" but I think that's begging for a date with the floor. Ease of Use - It's large, smaller people may have problems lugging it around. There is a nylon carrying bag which has a shoulder strap and a pocket on the front to hold oils and small towels. Setup takes less than a minute once you have it out of the bag although a second person is helpful when trying to stand it up (the legs tend to close inward). It takes up a decent amount of space but is stored easily enough if a permanent location isn't available. All in all it is a great table for the price. After shipping it cost me $80, that's 2-30minute sessions with a massage therapist. I've used it about 2 times a week for the past 2 years simply for the ability to lay face down and it is phenomenal at helping to relax.. I'd say it has more than paid for itself. I would give it 4.5 stars if that rating were available but I'll round up to 5 since it has proven itself over time

This was better than and more than I expected it folds in half it’s not heavy. The material that you lay on feels like it’s of a good quality. It has parts to it that I did not even know what come with it if you’re looking for a massage table for your personal use at home or for business this is the way to go.

2024 - I am updating my review! Yes, this is a lightweight cheap portable table that I never thought that I would be using 9 years later for my thriving energy healing practice. I did eventually add a 2" foam topper and the vinyl has started to crack some (but its covered) - So I a here to say this table has served me well for over 9 years and is still going strong. It has been used at this point in hundreds and hundreds of sessions. So at this point, I would recommend and felt to come back and give it, its due props. 2015- The table arrived in a timely manner and was as expected. I knew upon purchase that this is a cheap table from China. I purchased this table for Light Use during Reiki Sessions and am satisfied. I definitely would not use the table for massage etc where heavy pressure would be used over and over again. It is absolutely not a heavy duty heavy use table, but for my light use it will be perfect. One downside, after washing the sheets upon initial use they pilled up and shrunk and will not fit the table so don't expect a whole lot of quality from the sheet set. *************************UPDATE: I still like the table so far so good for what I need it for. I wanted to update on Customer service. I contacted them regarding the sheet set and they immediately and without any hesitation shipped an additional two sets of sheets. I am not thrilled with the quality of the sheets still, but their response was stellar. Also the Headrest completely fell to into 13 pieces that I could not fix on the first time using it. Again I contacted the company and without hesitation they immediately shipped another headrest and one of better quality In my opinion. All I can say so far is that customer service has met my expectations with parts and I appreciate it.
