Fits right. Hold the water out of the sand. Had held up to the Oklahoma sun and wind and even hail. Nice ratchet to tighten it down so the tornadoes don’t take it.

This cover has survived its first year in the Midwest. Just a little rust on the hardware but all in all it has potential to survive a few more years.

So far this sandbox cover has lasted longer than a lot of others. It seemed to stretch out a little. It is somewhat waterproof, keeps most of the water out, but there are still damp areas of the sand.

Not perfectly waterproof and came with a huge ugly “Dog and Cat” white logo on the side, not completely plain black as advertised.

The tension cable works well to get a nice tight fit around the base. It’s definitely not blowing off. It doesn’t; however, tighten the top of the cover so snow and water sit on top and have to be removed after each weather event which is disappointing. It does keep the sand fairly dry despite the water sitting on top.

This cover works wonderfully. I am older, so connecting the straps is a little difficult. I am glad it keeps the rain, pollen and such out of the sand box.

The cover seems to be good quality. It has held up well the last month. It is much bigger than the Step 2 sandbox, though. In the photos it appears to be a perfect fit but it is not.
