Somehow I missed that these were not hollow, soft, squeezable balls... rather they are quite firm. Yes they have a good bounce to them. This is nothing like what I was looking for. Little doggy loves to play and leap after things. Tying a couple of these to a bamboo pole and he was actually rather irritated. Rag tied in knots is more attention getting than this.Carry a couple in pocket when I'm out. Offer to a playful looking child or adult. Other than that my bamboo pole needs to go to a home with a playful cat....*larger size*hollow/soft rather than foam
