This is my fourth jar of this spice. Excellent with chicken in the air fryer, though it does go well with other meats.

Quite strong for me but sometimes I get brave and dash too much in, its great on chicken, pork, stir fries and mild white fish as part of a cheese sauce Less is more,

Cheap alternative
This is a cheap alternative for jerk seasoning, I usually use dunns river for general day to day cooking. This isn't as good but if you're on a budget then go for it.

Very tasty and spicy jerk seasoning
I will not buy any other jerk seasoning, tried so many and they are no where near as tasty as this! I sometimes make my own jerk seasoning from scratch so I know the flavour, and Tex,s is the best! And my partner who is Jamaican absolutely loves this! 100℅ the real thing!!!!!
