This supplement contains niacin which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid which help contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, therefore improving alertness and energy levels. Fantastic product, works well for your mental well being & energy
I've been a regular user of Patric's Awake supplement & find it superior to many on the markets & I have tried a few.It works well within 30 minutes of taking it, I often only take 1 capsule per day but when I need more energy I'd take 2 caps per day. Being middle age suffering with chronic fatigue & other problems it works wonders; helps with concentration, focus as well as a better mood, it helps with lifting that terrible brain fog I suffer often. It certainly improves my mental well being & helps with work.Great designer health supplement for your mind, many thanks to Mr Patrick Holford !

Great tablets I've been taking these for a long time for my exhaustion fatigue and other health issues and they really do work! It gives me more energy helps prevent migraines and keeps me going though the day! Very happy!
