Strong Hips
Excellent product for strengthening your hips and buttocks. The straps that hold the weights are secure. I use with 9 lbs dumbbell weights on each side. I purchased to help strengthen my hips joints. The doctor said I have the beginning of Osteopenia and to do weight bearing exercises for the joints in my hips. This hip thrust belt is perfect and a must have to add to your fitness routine.

Good product
I wasn’t really sure what to expect as it was an impulse buy based on Amazon recommendations.The product is great, just the body straps get a bit confusing, seems like they’re backwards? Not sure.

Dumbest thing I ever bought. Does not work
I just wanted an alternative to barbell hip thrusts - - this is DUMB. Does NOT work at all. You cannot adjust the width to your waist without loosening the loops/straps and then your dumbbell does not stay in place. Do not waste your money!!

These is essentian in your gym bag, in my area the hip thrustvmachine is always taken so this is a great replacement!!! A must have.

Limited weights
The belt is not very stable while exercising, it shifts the weights while moving. One another issue is that there are limited options of weights that fit in the holes.

Funny Looking Exercise, But Good Product
This was part of a Christmas gift for my son. He says it works as it should, but won't let me watch him use it! He says the exercise looks silly! Haha. He's right, but I'm proud of his hard work.

Very Durable & Takes some getting use to
These are taking my workout to the extreme with heavier weights.I can’t wait to see my results just by upping weight without the weights digging into my thighs.I’m so glad I bought these for cheaper.

Useless
Straps slip and don't hold any weight, rendering the belt useless. Would give zero stars if I could. Arrived quickly though, so there's that.
