Received in good time. I put them straight into my trainers ready for my workouts and they are great so far. wearing them for a longer period of time will determine if they work for me

Feeling comfortable and easy to trim
I ordered two pairs of insoles for my same brand running shoes. They fit them very well. They are very easy to trim. Once one of these insoles slipped in my shoe when I ran under the rain. I hope it was due to heavy rain. Normally it did not happen in my other shoes. I hope Spenco will take note of this issue when producing and developing better products. For now, everything seems ok. I do not have any problem with them.

Took a chance on these and they are fantastic! They support my high arches
After rolling my foot over and ripping ligaments a number of times over the years, I thought I'd never be able to run distance again. Took a chance on these and they are fantastic! They support my high arches, but more imprtantly stop my foot wanting to 'roll-over' to the outside and overwork the muscles below my ankle.On initial fitting, they feel like your heel is high and toes are too low, however after a few steps I can feel them working. I can now jog again after being unable, I should have bought these years ago.

Not as great as i thought
I have plantar fasccitis and someone recommended trying gel inserts, i picked these as they seemed like a good choice.But whne i put them in my shoes they did not feel any different to a good pair of orthotics or just a good shoe with good insloe insideI would not really recommend this if you just want extra added comfort, i would just rec you to get a good comfy shoe. Like Croc shoes, i have a pair that ar every comfy and is worth paying a bit xtra for a better shoe rather than these soles, was a waste of my money

Excellent for hiking
I have bought many of these in the past. They make walking so much more comfortable. I have them in my hiking boots and you can walk all day and still feel fresh at the end. They do add a little weight but it's never been a problem because the comfort offsets it.

Comfy but falling apart
Bought these for my normal work boots as I have some problems with my knee. Were very comfy at first but the orange bit has started to come away from the rest of the insole on one of them and now keeps sticking into my foot if I don't put it back in position. Only had them a couple of months so I wouldn't buy them again. Very disappointing.

Excellent Product
Invaluable. I always replace the thin cardboard like insoles found in even expensive boots with gel iinsoles. These certainly do their job, i buy a new pair after 1500kms or so walking in Europe every summer
