The rental house that I moved into has several issues. One of them was the sliding door leading to a screened porch, considered "inside" by the landlady. There was a gap of >1/2" between the two doors and the stench from the porch (the previous renters must have used it to smoke there) and cold air was coming in. I stuffed the gap with packing paper until I found this product; it was exactly what I was looking for!It came in a twisted bunch, not as nicely rolled as shown in the product overview but I don't care. The material is really soft and fairly homogeneously made. The adhesive is strong and I have moved the door several times without any signs of the seal coming loose.There is plenty of product in the package so I decided to also cover the much narrower gap on the top of the door. It also worked flawlessly and I can enjoy sitting next to door again without being bothered by the smell or cold. Highly recommended!

A decent sealer tape of good quality. However, it is too thick for many purposes. That's not an entirely fair criticism because it is as thick as specified, but the previous tape I procured had the same specs and was thinner, so I assumed this would be the same.I got this tape for providing additional sealing on PVC sash windows and while it was possible to install it, it pushed the window halves further apart which caused drafts elsewhere in the frame.This product would work well in compression applications such as doors and frames or hinged windows for gaps between 1/8" and 1/4".

It's doing the job so far. The adhesive is the make or break feature; so far, after a couple months, it's holding up ok. I had to press some parts of it back into place to try to get the adhesive to grab. If you need it to adhere to a new, clean surface, it will probably work perfectly. Overall, though, I'd say the adhesive could be better. The cheapest weatherstripping has terrible adhesive that makes it a waste of money, but this stuff is better than that.

I used this to close up the gap in the human door (for cleaning) to a feral cat house. A similar weather stripping is used for my cat flap. The weather stripping remains intact over years and does a good job of blocking the gap in the door.

Who would have thought that this simple strip could end up being very impressive. It’s by far the best insulation strip I’ve seen - and I did quite a bit of research.It’s invisible (not bright white like most of them) and does the job. Love it and if you feel a cold breeze while standing close to your door, this is what you need to easily fix it.

Hard to find this stuff at the big box stores. My home is older and the doors are a bit odd, the standard rubber seals don't work. This was exactly what I needed, and way cheaper than anywhere else.

I like that this product lives up to its advertisement. I has enough adhesive to stick where I need it to and keep out weather and insects. I immediately noticed the desired effect after placement. I purchased a similar product from Walmart and was disappointed but this is the real deal at a great price.

Works fantastic on our doggie door. With two very active (and large) pups who bolt through the door at full speed whenever they hear something outside, the original fringe weatherstripping on the edges was not long for this world. Unfortunately that let significant air gaps around the door edges. This weatherstripping installs just in the right location, and stands up to -- SQUIRREL!! Highly recommended.

Insulating inside of glass display cabinet so dust didn’t get inside.
