My voice is barely audible to other people on phone calls using this device. How can I turn up the microphone?

Please turn your phone's BT function on, and click the icon on the right side of the connected earphones to turn on the "media channel and call channel". 2、If you are an iPhone user, please open your phone's "Settings" interface, and check if there is a maximum volume limit on the phone. 3、Due to the different operating systems of different phones, the volume of the receiver may not be synchronized with the volume of the phone/car audio. Please manually volume up the mobile phone, the receiver, and the car audio respectively.

Is there a voice that says “connected/disconnected” or something similar?

My cars system stated that, I am not aware of the device doing so.

Is there any way to increase volume output on the device? Even at max volume on stereo and device, it is sometimes difficult to hear.

Make sure your volume is up on all your devices - phone, car stereo, and JOYROOM Bluetooth adapter. If you're maxed out on all of those and are still having problems hearing your stereo, I don't know of any other way to increase the volume. I hope this helps!
