For my shoulder rehab clients this is an affordable and versatile kit. Particularly for adults because the weight level goes higher than the the more expensive Plyocare comparison. When youโre looking at cost and function this is the set to buy. Especially since it actually comes with a hand pump and resistance band and still cost less than the plyocare sets.
