This is one of the best quality seeds that you can get online. It tastes good and a healthy choice as well. I have been eating it from the past 3 months and I find it good. I have not seen much benifits bdw. I think in long run it would be healthier option. Looking forward to order more of this brand.Bonus tip : To get the more taste out of it. I personally used chia seeds for last 6 months and I think this one is literally more effective then others. The quantity is also good in this price range with a neutral smell is and is amazing. It comes with a good and amazing cleaned box. Literally value for money product.

Good one but some seeds won't soak even if we soaked it overnight. We may have to crunch some seeds in between.
