Good quality ink and the cartridges fit my several fountain pens. Have never leaked and are not messy to install. The colors are rich and dry nicely.

Yes and no. I bought these for my Diplomat Magnum fountain pen, and they do not fit. If I put one cartridge in, it doesn't seat correctly and falls out. If I put another cartridge on top of the unseated one then it holds everything in place, but the tip doesn't screw all the way back on and it's uncomfortable to hold. Having said that, the blue color is one of my favorite colors that I've tried so far. It's really dark like writing in black, but with a blue tint and it's exactly what I want for notes and journaling.

Pens seem okay, initial use is a bit tricky though.

This is absolutely not waterproof ink. It reactivates instantly with water so it doesn't work with watercolor except as a final, final layer and it smudges with your hand if you leave it on the page for too long. It doesn't fit into my fountain pen smoothly and is quite loose, but my pen keeps it secure so that hasn't been a problem except when I open it to check the level. Other than that, it's decent ink.

I have a cheap fountain pen that didn’t flow well until I started using these cartridges. Now I love using that pen for everyday writing. The flow is just fine. Easy to change cartridges and priced right. Color is deep. Dries fairly quick. I’m making it my go to for all my pens.

Besides the wait, everything else is as expected.

Have been through 3/4 refills now and seem fine. They do smudge if you don’t give them long enough to dry. I find I have to put a piece of paper between the pages of my journal when I turn the page or it gets a bit messy. Lovely deep colour and I feel I write much more neatly with my Ellington fountain pen than with any others I’ve tried. I have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome and my hands feel like they’re being crushed when I write. I love the flow, it feels consistent.
