Digital Simple Basic Stopwatch Timer, Silent Stop Watch for Kids Coaches

I love my two little stopwatches. I got a yellow and a blue - I use them for timing how long I spend on hobbies vs being productive. Been working perfectly for over a month now.They do exactly what I need them to do, in that they’re literally just stopwatches. No fancy features. There’s a lap function, but I don’t use it. They hold their count even when shut off, which is great because it lets me save the battery on one while I use the other. They can even be carried in a backpack this way, because there is no way to start time accidentally while it’s off. If you’ve been timing for over an hour, it will automatically switch from counting minute-second-millisecond to hour-minute-second, as in the millisecond section will now be counting seconds. Perfect for my purposes.They both came with a long black lanyard attached, which I removed immediately. Colors are nice and vibrant - I always love when I can get things in yellow. Runs on a single LR44 battery, one of those little silver circle ones (NOT double or triple A, so watch out for that).They are also perfectly hand-sized, and feel nice to hold. Each is about 2.25 inches around or 6 cm, and about 0.5 inches wide or 2 cm. The screen itself is about 1.25 inches wide, or 3.5 cm, and is easy to read.Overall, would buy again if one were to break. No issues.

Worked fine for 4 months then would not turn on. Took off back to see if I could replace a battery - none found but water had leaked inside the case. Not waterproof. Disappointed and wasted money.

It’s great to have when I’m cooking. I can keep track of the cooking time of the food.

This watch does exactly what its product page description say it will do, which is what I wanted. So far. so good. But what would have been five stars is docked a star for an amazing failure of explanation and undue difficulty of procedure."When the LCD becomes dim, replace with a new LR44 battery at once." Fine---but how? There is no battery door nor secret compartment. The only way to replace a battery has to be to remove five very tiny screws arranged around the back of the stopwatch, but this is not explained. How hard would it have been to add a sentence?Furthermore, although likely not a difficult procedure, it could---and should---have been made unnecessary by the addition of an opening with a little cover over the battery, affixed by a retaining screw. Given that this model is not the water-tight one, doing this would have constituted no special problem.

Great quality and battery. Clear display and easy to follow instructions.

My 5 year old loves using this when we play outside! He times him and his sister when they race and to see how long it takes them to clean up. Very easy to use even for a kiddo who doesn’t really understand time just yet.

Works perfectly in a heated indoor swimming facility

Just got this stopwatch to replace an old one I had that died. I had to press the on/off switch for 3 seconds to turn it on or off which was different then other stop watches I have owned. Seems to work nicely without a bunch of extra bells and whistles.

Easy to use. Perfect for the job.

A great stopwatch for timing pacing and distance when hill walking…I don’t need lots of bells and whistles, just a start, stop and reset function in a waterproof stopwatch…and this is it!
