HORRIBLE! False advertising- this is not temporary. RUINED my daughters hair. Never turned burgundy, originally came out green with a blue tint. The company told me 4 washes max..its been 2 months- its now black and doesnt fade. Had to have her hair cut. Do NOT buy this product!

Smelled bad, didnt work, unclear instructions, wasnt the color it said it was, kind of green, looked like poop all over bathroom, overall terrible product. Wish i could rate zero stars. DO NOT BUY

Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to
I used this product and while it did darken my light brown hair it added absolutely zero burgundy or red tint and went further to cover up my natural reddish highlights. Very disappointing. It’s too late to “return” it but I should get a refund. Would give zero stars if I could

Purple roots
My hairline roots are white/gray. Bought the burgundy to cover roots. Made my hair purple m, not burgundy.

Didn’t work
It did nothing for my gray hair. I let it stay in the total time recommended and after I washed it out, my hair was the exact same color everywhere, complete waste of time and money.

Not at all burgundy
I purchased Burgundy color, however there’s no red/burgundy tone at all. I bought a dark brown one from this seller and the same brand before, and it was true to color description.

Not true to colour
This is not burgundy it's black. Doesn't cover greys I'm only a sprinkle of grey . Left in for 45 minutes, glad I took it out then otherwise I would have been jet black. Box said burgundy. Sachet inside said burgundy.
