Good price but smaller than I expected

The cut is very smart though.

I bought the die as I wanted to be able to make the pretty tri-fold tag. Instead of making a score line the die actually cuts through as shown in the first photo. I asked for a replacement or a refund. The supplier has been helpful and amazon has acknowledged receipt of my request but nothing has happened. I still don't have a usable die. It is such a shame as the idea is good but the die just let me down.It is now several months later and I still do not have a refund. I do not recommend this product.

I liked the die shown on the finished card pictured, The one I purchased is not as pretty. I did not notice the difference until I got it. Lesson learned. Always look at the die design itself. My mistake, no fault of the seller except I think they should show the actual picture of the finished card of the die being sold. The die itself cuts fine, Just not as fancy or pretty as the finished card pictured. The die was delivered quick and great shape.

The die is a nice size with many details and options for use. The way it was packaged by Amazon was awful. It was sent in a typical Amazon barely padded envelope. It had no support at all. A piece of cardboard would have been nice. As a result, it was folded to fit in my mailbox.... folded across the middle, leaving a crease across the middle vertical cutting strip. I was able to bend it out and I think it will work okay in my cutting machine. If not I will return it for replacement.
