Two years ago I read Regina Martino's book on shungite and learned a lot thanks to it. I am in a condition to AFFIRM that this elite shungite (type 1) pendant is authentic and also beautiful. The size also surprised me as I have a black shungite (type 2) pendant that is less than half the size of this one. Very happy to have this healing beauty.

I had heard about this stone from a new age store in our area that gets her stones from Karelian Heritage and charges an arm and a leg for them. The stones are large and I'm looking at taking them to a jeweller to have a proper silver thing put on the end of the stone so that I can feed the pendant onto my silver chain. Right now it's just got a small round loop that has been driven into the snow and a stronger piece of cord going through the metal loop. Thank you Karelian Heritage for the addition of a free stone with the two pendants that I bought. I have been using this as something to focus on when I do my meditations and it has been helping me tremendously.
