dont waste your money!
Didnt work at all. Started off taking 2 with each meal twice daily and tgen reduced to one with each meal twice daily. I might as well have been taking smarties. Save your money as these are a pure waste of money

Not having too much success!!
Bought these with all good intentions of getting back on the diet, however my new years resolutions have failed already, but this isn't because of the tablets, this is because i haven't got my head back into gear (diet wise) after christmas. I have had a few false starts but hopefully will give myself a talking to and restart the healthy eating. The few I have taken don't seem to have curbed my appetite though like I thought they would, but will give them another go.A case of less food in more exercise out!!!
