Life saver between Chiro appointments
I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and have been seeing a chiropractor for my injuries. I use this massage mat on the days I can't make to therapy. My doctor was very pleased with my recovery and what I told her I was doing. The stretching is so effective and relaxing. It turns my head from side to side and lifts to stretch my neck. It turns my hips and stretches my back. I have the best night of sleep and wake up refreshed whenever I use the mat. I make sure to test the neck flaps and leg flaps to make sure I'm in good position for the inflation to hit the right spots. I'm 5'8 and the mat fits all sections of my body. My sister (5'11) and my dad (6') also enjoyed the mat. It's quiet and soothing with heat, massage, and stretching. It's great on the lowest intensity. I've gone up to level 2 after a rough day at work and it was exactly what I needed! It's compact foldaway design makes it easy to store. I am super impressed with how effective this mat is! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Die Matte kam schnell an und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wärmefunktion tut dem Rücken echt gut und die verschiedenen Modi sind super zum Runterkommen nach der Arbeit. Macht genau das, was es soll.
