Love the raspberry and white chocolate ones, thought I'd try the "caramel" for a change. Might aswell just called them "cardboard" instead, as same taste and dryness. Not for me, but gave one to my mate, and he thought were okay, so maybe it's personal taste.

I've used High5 before and bought these for running (Caramel flavour) and whilst they are advertised for Before, During and After I would avoid taking them on a run. The bars are dense, really dense. So swallowing them whilst on a run is hard work and it takes a bit of water to wash one down. So I would use them for recovery after a run to put the energy back in. The bars themselves are tasty and good value and they do seem to have a lot of energy packed into them. I'd just keep in mind how you use them.

Absolutely disgusting. The old caramel flavour from a few ago was lovely. They have changed the flavour. I had a bite and spat it out. I tried another and yes they were all horrible. I threw the rest out. I won't be buying these bars again. Or anything else from the brand
