Pillow quality is good and comfortable to use. I am not sure if it helps the tailbone pain related problems.

I have sciatica and this came as a blessing. I have sitting job and walking in private sector means wrong posture and pain in your lower and upper back always. This came as a blessing as it really corrected my posture and was very comfortable to use. I also keep this in my car. The quality is top notch and the size is simply perfect for any body shape.

Not value for money. Product is decent. Price is high for a simple memory foam covered with zipper cloth. Product is bigger it fits the chair though.
