Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Round Bread Oven, 9.5 inch, Licorice

Highly recommend this Le Crueset Bread pan. I love the enameled, licorice color! The cast iron is made with perfection! My sourdough loaves had amazing rise. Especially love the logo at the bottom of the loaf. I am extremely happy with purchasing it! It is outstanding!

My Wife the Sourdough Baker Loves This. She feels she gets very nice loaves out of it. It is also easy to remove the loaves versus using the silicone slings she had been using in her dutch oven.

I got the Le Creuset enameled cast iron bread oven as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it!. Highly recommend it for serious bakers or anyone who appreciates quality cookware. Pros: •Excellent heat retention for perfectly baked bread •Durable enamel coating that’s easy to clean •Beautiful design that adds a touch of elegance to the kitchen •Versátiles, great for more than just bread Cons: •It’s a bit heavy, but that’s part of its charm and quality •On the pricier side, but the performance and durability make it worth it

I only give this one star because, with a heavy, cast iron product like this, one would expect that it would be appropriately packaged. Instead, the packaging was flimsy, the box was torn, and there was barely any packaging paper within the box. As best as we can tell, the product was undamaged, but it was a surprise it didn't completely rip its way out of the box.

I was using a lodge cast iron Dutch oven and using it upside down. It was so heavy and a lot of effort and took a bit to get situated so my oven lost so much heat. But this pan is awesome. I can easily remove the lid and let the bread continue cooking without losing so much oven heat. Real game changer. Quite pricey but worth it.

Needed a taller Dutch oven as we are getting better at making good sourdough. Our other Dutch oven worked well but was restricting the loaves from rising as the flat lid was limiting more rise. This is a beauty as are all of our other Le Creuset products. A bit expensive but last forever.

Works perfectly, lives up to his name

My ceramic oven finally broke and needed replacing, so I decided to give this cast iron bread oven a try. It is great so far, it is big enough to bake off my sourdough rounds. A quick wash and it was ready to use, no seasoning needed. I was not crazy about ordering black, but the color and finish are actually quite nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Der Brottopf ist zwar nicht günstig, aber Le Creuset hat eben seinen Preis. Natürlich erfüllt auch ein preiswerteres Produkt seinen Zweck, doch bei Verarbeitung, Design und Optik überzeugt dieser Brottopf auf ganzer Linie. Die hochwertige Verarbeitung ist sofort erkennbar, und das zeitlose Design macht ihn zu einem echten Blickfang in der Küche. Wer Wert auf Qualität und Langlebigkeit legt, wird mit diesem Produkt mehr als zufrieden sein.

Génial. J'ai jamais utilisé autre chose donc j'ai pas de comparaison. Je suis très débutante mais ça fait son travail. Très satisfaite.
