Does the charm say "925 sterling silver" on it?

I ordered the family charm. It is stamped 925. But it is NOT Sterling! Mine started tarnishing about 3 weeks after I ordered it!

How do I purchase bracelet to go with charms???

Well, I'm not sure but I think they are a standard size, I say this because I have bought pandora charms and others charms and I have not had a problem putting them on my pandora bracelet.
