This is actually the second one we bought of the same monitor because the first one was carried everywhere and dropped, the toddler got a hold of it, we tried gluing the antenna, the back stand was ripped off, and it still worked beautifully, I just wanted a replacement. I love the sound detected alarm, the connection to the phone app, the clarity of the picture. I tried a few others and returned them immediately. This is the best monitor there is.

Seriously love this one. It was our third one (one broke, one got lost in a move). The others I had were higher level brand names. And this one beats them all. The screen resolution is amazing. You can zoom in and see incredible detail. And the app connects quickly and has the same quality picture - so I can connect when I’m away to check in or catch sweet moments with my little. Recommending to alllll my friends too.

Sent an email about having an issue with one of the power adapters on June 28 with two follow ups a week apart. Received a reply on August 18. Almost two months to get a reply! We bought a replacement our of pocket in the mean time. In addition, the direct connection mode has a terrible range, WiFi mode is slow, the app flaky and the parent unit battery only lasts a few hours. The ability to play music and sounds along with the night light are nice. Overall, it is passable, but the support you get your money is beyond bad.

Works well, we love our leap frog products. Quality of camera is great and easy for caregivers to use monitor or log in to app.

I don’t know why people are having such issues with this camera. I love this camera. With my first, I went through about 10 and ended up finally settling on the Nanit. I ordered another Nanit for my second- and this leapfrog for our vacation. The leapfrog outperforms the Nanit in 100 ways. The night vision is so much better and without a pesky red light glaring into the crib, the dual screen option and the connection is great.

Great item. Loved it. Had some connection issues every once in awhile and lags a bit but works well

Low resolution and overpriced. I returned the sidemen bought a security camera to use instead and only paid $20 for it. It works fine and provides 2K resolution.

Great picture, sound it's good easy to use. It does sometimes loose signal but it could just be my internet. I haven't had any issue out of it so far!

App is only available in US. Hence it's quite useless for us when we want to access the camera outside

It a great camera the quality of the filming can drop some time but not that bad . The led lights really great my kids love looking at it when I chose the rainbow collar.

Don’t waste your money. Keeps disconnecting. Reset and reset and keeps disconnecting. Then they told me it was my phone was the issue. I have one work phone. Same. And my wife’s phone. Same. Just keeps disconnecting

Worked great for a couple of months and then stopped working. App glitched and then then the hardware too. Now I’m stuck with a non functional camera while the leapfrog support is completely useless.

The mobile app is not working in Saudi Arabia so you lose a lot of functions that can be used via app. Overall the quality is fine, we are able to use it in 2-floor townhouse
