Q: My mother says the light sensor does not fit into her socket. She’s 96 years old . I can’t imagine why it shouldn’t fit.

I have it plugged in the top outlet. Mine had a plastic cover over the prongs, I needed to remove it before pushing it into the outlet. Under the light is a switch that turns it on and off and there is also a slider, where you can adjust the brightness of the light.

I have one in my kitchen and bathroom both. At first it did not work in the bathroom but I did not have it pushed all the way in like I thought I did after I pushed it in more. It works perfect. You might have to push the red reset button again but mine works perfect in the bathroom.
