Comforting
This is a very soothing mouthwash. I have bought it several times. It is thicker than your typical mouthwash. Does not burn or sting. Highly recommend. More expensive than the others, but is worth it.

Great product when you can actually receive it
I've used this mouthwash for years for painful gums from canker sores or eating too much acidic food. It works and fast. The drawback is the price and for such a small bottle. The ultimate drawback is AMAZON. A product will only work if you actually receive it. To wait for over a week after I've been ordering it for years is ridiculous. In pain? Too bad. We'll send it when we feel like it and use the excuse that it was misrouted. Right. I'm ordering less and less from Amazon and poor service and an increase in prices are the reasons why.

Finally, Relief!
I had a breakout of mouth sores and had been using three treatments: Warm salt water rinse (some relief after a little sting from the salt), Kank-A gel (benzocaine was very painful until numbness started), and OraJel Mouth Sores rinse (A little sting from the hydrogen peroxide, until the slight numbing from the menthol). None of these gave instant relief or lasted for very long. I found the Canker-X Rincinol to be better than the previous three treatments, and much more soothing with no sting when swishing. The only downside is the recommended 1 hour of not eating or drinking after using, and the taste. It has a weird licorice like taste, but it is worth it because it works so well. If nothing else is giving you relief, try it.

I’m good with this product.
I have had sores for over four months. This is the only stuff that seems to be helping. I might have an autoimmune issue but doctors are not sure. It taste like black licorice which I have always loved the taste of, I think it’s genetic cause my whole family loves licorice. I can’t say my sores are gone but it’s the best it’s looked in a while. Yeh the jar is kinda small. But after four months and nothing helping even prescription mouthwashes. It’s nice to find something that doesn’t irritate my mouth but helps coat the sores a little to feel less raw.

So far so good.
There is some noticeable pain relief, I’ve used it for the first time and i feel better. Pain isn’t gone but it’s more manageable and I’ll take any improvement. I’m curious how it’ll live up to the 6hr pain-relief claim so I’ll update as needed. *48 hr after review* So, it’s hard to say if it was the rinse alone. I was going through a really rough wave of canker sores and was put on antibiotics for a couple days before trying this product. Here’s a couple things I can say for sure: 1. It definitely relieves the pain in an interesting way for a couple of hours. It doesn’t quite live up to 6 hours of relief but maybe it will for smaller sores. Mine were pretty bad and it at least made the pain more bearable. 2. I think it clearly played a role in facilitating healing because the hydrating + coating aspect works surprisingly well. 3. This product is probably best to use while canker sores are in their early stages, though the pain relief I did get was still worthwhile. 4. Keep in mind, the taste is like licorice + aloe, it’s not terrible but not great. And it’s recommended you use 10mL of it per use, while the whole container is 120mL. 5. It does seem to work best when you follow the direction where it says to not drink/eat for an hour after use.
