CONCORD 7 QT Copper Non Stick Stock Pot Casserole Coppe-Ramic Series Cookware (Induction Compatible)

I cook all the time and am a fanatic about making homemade soup, stews, sauces, and broths (in other words, food that must simmer for awhile on the stove). The 7-quart Concord pot is ideal as it holds a lot and you can make double the amount and then freeze some to enjoy later on a busy day. The non-stick surface makes it even easier to use for cooking and for clean up. I have set aside my large stainless steel pot and favor this dream pot going forward, and I’ve only used it once. I cannot imagine anyone not loving it right from the start.

Over the last several months, this has become my favorite pot. The 7 Quart vs the 8 quart I use to have is a much better size for me. I am very happy with the quality and it is very easy to clean. I have NOT had any burning issues like others have mentioned.

I made caramels in this kettle, they turned out perfect. Red copper on the inside and the outside of the kettle makes it cook very fast, normally I boil, stir constantly for 20 minutes when I make caramels and in this kettle, they were done after 15 minutes. I also made chicken wild rice soup in this kettle, it is now my favorite kettle, it washes up with no effort.

I love this pot is worth it and it’s nonstick. I don’t have any problems when I use it to cook love it. I thought this was a little size pot and it’s not. It’s pretty big but it’s worth it.

This is a great pot - works well, the nonstick is great, the lid is decent. The ONLY problem I have is that the bottom is not completely flat - it has a small rise in the middle. This is important if you are making popcorn, and need 2 Tbsp of oil to spread out evenly on the bottom of the pan. Instead, the oil collects around the rim, leading to burned popcorn in the middle. I hate to leave less than 5 stars, because the rest of it is really good (NOTE on temperature: do not use it on higher than medium heat). If you want to boil things instead, then 5 stars.

I liked that this 7 qt was not as heavy as some were. I'm almost 70 and it helps alot that it's light weight. I've used it and it cooks well and cleans up well. I also love the beautiful blue color.
