Very good pastels

Too soft
Unless you want very soft pastels, then don't bother with these. I am a huge fan of Faber Castell and particularly enjoy using their Pitt pastels and Polychromos pencils. However, these pastels are way too soft with colour obliterated with the lightest touch. I have taught art for 42 years and these pastels match the cheapest I've used. Although more expensive, I recommend Rembrandt pastels, they are very vibrant and most importantly, they leave some colour on your paper.

Does not stick well to surface and it is too brittle
The pigments stay in your hands no in the surfaces. Too brittle to work with.
