Very comfortable!
Ive had two plantar fasciotomys done on my right foot so time spent on my feet always leads to pain. These insoles gave me added protection for when my foot hits the ground and I no longer get a pulsing pain shooting into my heel. I move these from shoe to shoe. They fit as expected based on the size of your shoe! Extremely happy with these.

Vary comfortable
After years of having trouble finding the correct inserts for my shoes, this has been an absolute life saver. Great for the running events that I do every month. Comfortable takes a little getting used to but I highly recommend this product. Especially if u are a long time runner and run more then 8 miles a day.

I see no difference and certainly not worth 100 dollars
I inserted the product and ran 3 miles; I see no difference in having the inserts as opposed to not having them. In fact, I think they make my feet hurt. My regular soles are much more comfortable
