ClairolBlonde It Up Crystal Glow Toner Kit - Iridescent Emerald

had whitey/yellowy full scalp bleach previous to this. it looked pretty bad, really unflattering yellow tones on the top third and then creamy white blonde at the end. i put this toner on probably the roots to mids (and left out the ends) for about 10 minutes (dry hair). looks worryingly brown before washed. rinsed out and dried and looks lovely (and feels lovely). not sure how to describe the colour, a mix between pearl/blonde/very light brown- a little grey almost too? anyway i think it looks a lot better than the grotty yellow bleach before. would recommend! not really sure how it could go wrong tbh, but to avoid it looking blocky maybe don’t do a full head?

I wanted to gradually go back blonde from dark brown so knew to expect that brassy phase. Tried luminous pearl toner and left it on for 20 minutes along with a purple conditioner after washing off. Brass gone and happier now until my next lot of highlights. Recommend this toner.

Bottom part of my hair was bleached which I expected to be pink. At least that part. But aa u can see my whole hair is same brown muddy colour with a tint. I'm gutted. Don't use it!!!!! Would give 0 if I could.

I had bleached my hair a few days before and it had lifted quite well after being a dark cherry red but was still very yellowy. Used this product and I’ve now got the natural blonde that I wanted. I left it on for the full 20 mins. Perhaps slightly bit darker than I was expecting but I like the colour. Pleased that because of this product I will now be able to bleach the roots of my natural dark brown hair when it grows and then use this after instead of having to pay lots at the hairdresser.

The colour is so pretty

I am a natural blonde and dye my hair to cover the grey. I had just coloured my hair with a caramel blonde shade hoping it would add some warmth, however it was too brassy looking. I thought I would use this toner to get rid of the brassiness. Unfortunately what it has done is turn my hair much darker and so now I have a sort of light auburn shade, which is not what I wanted at all. Obviously my hair was too dark a blonde for this toner to work. I will now have to re-dye and probably go up to a 10 shade. On the bright side, if there is one, my hair is in the best condition it has been for a long time. Just a pity a brown shade doesn’t look right, especially with blonde eyebrows!

Did the job well got rid of all the brassy tones from my hair and lasted another 6 weeks before needing to tone again

Wasn't sure if it would work as my hair was very bright and orange, but it's made it so natural looking and very close to my real hair colour, thank you great product

The Radiant Opal mutes all yellow in my hair and leaves it with a pearly tone, not ashy. If left for a long time it can tinge the hair purple but not an unsightly purple. And it washes out that purple with one shampoo. I don’t like the other toners in this range but this one is fantastic.

Gave me that grey silver colour and too had that amazing toner smell you leave the hairdressers with. I recommend this product. Easy to use and inexpensive.

I actually applied this after I had 'colored' my hair with 'CLAIROL BLONDE IT UP ' ( which also works wonderfully)......I applied this toner and lost track of time so when I washed it out it was a little bit darker than I wanted ( completely my fault) , but after giving it another shampoo it actually lightened up a bit , leaving a really nice 'pearl blonde' colour.It's really gentle on your hair and it smells beautiful.Next time I 'tone' I'm going to go for a lighter shade.But I do recommend this ...but like I said ...keep an eye on the time .

I have very light bleached hair, I had some pale yellow tones and this product couldn’t even tone those, not sure how it expects to tone brass. Terrible product
