I struggle as I don't go to the toilet as often but I take one of these at night before bed and I will go normally the next day. They are not like a proper lax where you with poop yourself they just help you go normally

I have to say how impressive senokot is. I ordered it last night and this morning everything shifted and some level of comfort restored. The delivery of last night's order arrived three hours later. So just the threat of senokot was sufficient in my situation. Unfortunately, I am therefore unable to comment on the outcome if you actually take the medication. I have them now just in case there's a next time. 👍
