This is an outstanding, high quality product that works wonderfully as a digestive aid, even better than pricey digestive enzymes supplements. It is way more affordable and way more effective and beneficial. The recommended dose is two pills three times daily (which totals to six per day). Understand that you don't have to take this many. If using it as a digestive aid, the best way to take it is right after your meal (like your last bite and last swallow). If you know you're going to be eating something that always upsets your stomach (like a pizza for example), take 2 right after eating it; but if you're eating something much easier on your stomach, 1 pill right after eating is all you'll need. Taking your Myrrh supplement this way will make it last much longer for you so that you're not overbuying it; plus it's still works. I found this way to be the best way to take it and it always works no matter what I eat. (You still, of course, want to eat healthily and to choose your foods wisely.) Only take six pills a day (2 right after each meal) if you have to; otherwise, 3-4 a day works just fine. I'm still learning about the many benefits of taking Myrrh. Like other Amazon reviewers have noted, it does benefit and even edifies the teeth (for me both my teeth and gums). So if you have sensitive teeth and sensitive gums, it'll help even with that. It has really helped an older loved one of mines who suffers from constant belching, bloating, and serious stomach issues. That precious senior's stomach is healing now thanks to God and this. *Update on how to take it with meals: if you're a slow eater (like me) and know that you're going to be eating a long/large meal (that you know gives you a rumbly tummy, gas, or causes you to burp a lot, etc.), then take 1 myrrh capsule during the middle of the meal (or after your first few bites) and 1 myrrh capsule towards the end of the meal (when you know there's only a couple of bites left). You can vary how to take it (however you want) to suit your own knowledge of your stomach and its needs/problems, but this way has also greatly benefited me and a much older loved one. (Also, know that it's fine to take at night, though the directions says "daily.")

I've been buying this stuff for years. I use it for canker sores in my mouth from eating fresh pineapple. Also use it for toothache pain when I can't get in to the Dentist right away.

It's hard to believe, cause we're all told to believe that only a dentist can make our teeth feel better, but honest to God I took this for one month & my teeth started feeling better, then I just finished off another bottle & my teeth don't even hurt when I was in pain..I've got more bottles ordered. If I could find Frankincense oil cheaper here on Amazon I would buy it, but cheapest place I've found is New Directions Aromatics for my son who has colon cancer. One man cured himself of a brain cancer by putting Frankincense oil over his tumor every day. With his persistence eventually it healed him. I read that & I was amazed. I had to get it for my son. It smells so good. But if you get it on a scratch it'll burn like crazy. But it'll cool down with a cold wet washcloth or, if you had aloe vera gel that would work. What my son needs now is persistence and a miracle!

I was bit by 2 ticks and got extremely ill. Tried everything recommended for lyme and co-infections. Went to an experienced ND who tests for 57 types of borrelia and many co-infections. Haven't gotten my test yet. He put me on some detox drops and a wormer protocol that hasn't come in yet. Since it will be a full moon tonight. I added 2 myrrh caps, 1 artemesia absinthium, and 2 mimosa pudica caps to the drops last night and feel better than I have in a long time this morning! Took the caps and drops again this morning and still feel improving. Myrrh may be the perfect addition, because I was already taking the rest of the protocol without major improvement. There are studies that say myrrh is also a good tick repellent. I can't recommend highly enough. Just ordered two more bottles!

I have a bad habit of buying supplements, taking them for a week then switching to something else. I can't really speak for these, but when I was taking them I didn't notice anything different in my health or performance. The quality seems good and I didn't notice any smell or taste.

I open these capsules up they have a better effect and get absorbed quicker into your system without being broken down by the digestive system! I'll be ordering more once I run out ! Highly recommended!
