Will it fit 21.75" head?

I have a small head. Will this hat be able to adjust to a small head?

I have a rather small head too, but the chin strap help! I got this hat mainly so I could put my long ponytail out through the back, it makes it comfortable wearing a hat and keeps the sun off my very pale skin. I am very blonde with very fair skin. This hat is perfect, the chin strap is adjustable so it makes it fit great.

Brim is about 4 inches wide. I wore this on excursions on my Alaskan cruise. It had a neck chin that keeps it in place. It has done air holes around the top so you don’t sweat. Protects well abd is comfortable.

Is it machine washable on gentle cycle?
