I have used this product for a month and ran out, so I ordered another one. It is a huge waste of plastic given the little amount that came the last time. This time the applicator came completely empty. There is nothing but air inside it. Amazon says the product is not returnable and I don't find anywhere to get a replacement, so I appear to be out the full cost. Not acceptable!This is a follow up to my earlier review. Amazon made a one-time exception and gave me a credit for the empty applicator. Then Zocular offered to send me a new one.

Been using this for a few months once at night and I no longer wake up with eye pain from dry eye and loose cornea tissue. My dry eye doc told me to use just spread a dot of gel across my eyelashes and scrub with a few blinks in between. Shouldn’t be washed off. Was hesitant to buy with the price but each bottle lasts several months because just tiny gel drop is needed so it’s actually cheaper than buying artificial tears. Best of all, I only need to use it once a day rather than 5-8 times. Now I just get it from my eye doc who’s stocking it now.

Spent many years trying to figure out my dry eyes. Use this as directed and in a very short time your eyes will be clear and free of irritation. The morning gritty feeling of there being something in your eyes that causes blurry vision will be gone.
