I have bought this product for weight management. The product was compact which can be installed in small area. This product really met my requirement in every aspect both cost and efficiency of the product.

Quality of product is not good. Needs to return. Please note item delivered on 4thnov but after several requests technician came and installed only on 21st nov. Now started using but it is not working properly. Better would like to return and will purchase new one electric. UdayakumarReturn request submitted several days ago but no response from your side. Please take it back immediately. Very bad response from the supplier. Delivered on 4th November and assembled on 21st November and company saying return date over by 14th November. How comes, no logic. Along with the order, assembly also ordered.

Sturdy, smooth and a wonderful product. I along with my family members have been using it everyday since I bought it. No complains so far at all. I would recommend everybody to buy it. And of course don't hesitate in calling the technician for its installation after you purchase it. You will find the payment of Rs 200 as installation charge worth because first you get to know how to install it and also learn about mainenace of the product and various other aspects of using it. The media could not be loaded. Noise is comming from front ,Customer care is not answering the questions ,while the display sensor is also defected

Rolling pedal is defected need to change this part.

The item got has a dameged leg.. So want to replace that leg
