Love having this stuff around, and I use it regularly, not just for emergency back ups. I primarily use it in the filling for lasagne, stuffed shells and manicotti, but also in soups, and in stir fry dishes for extra colour, fiber and nutrition. The flakes are small, and combine easily with other ingredients. I find it to be a money saver, because I have a hard time using up a bag of spinach before it goes bad, and this is the perfect solution, and it tastes better and fresher than frozen chopped spinach. After opening, I store it in a jar using my vacuum sealer, and store it in my windowless pantry. I would like to tell you that it lasts a long time before it starts losing it flavour, colour and smell - but I use it up before I find out! and If you haven't tried it in smoothies, you should - especially with pineapple and citrus juices. It gives a gorgeous bright green colour, and you can't really taste it - PERFECTION! I have never been unhappy about buying Auguson Farms emergency supplies - they are always good

I have been buying their products for probably well to three years now and they are really good. I would highly recommend them. I’m still got a few more things I need to order from them, but they’re the ones that I’ll get from. My products!

Very yummy and good to have on hand. Very easy to make and the size and shelf life is wonderful. This brand makes several items and everything we have tried so far we are really pleased. Price is fair.

I loved having this to be able to add veggies to stuff quickly. It didn't break down in smoothies as well as a freeze dried spinach leaf would. The texture was still a little chewy if I didn't have time to let it soak. Still, the shelf life was way better than a bag of fresh spinach that usually ends up being good intentions turned to sludge.
