Hisense HV523E15UK 10 Places Slimline Fully Integrated Dishwasher White with 30 Minutes Quick Wash [Energy Class E]

We needed a temporary solution before redoing our kitchen so needed a slimline one to replace the existing (the future one will be full width and we already have a Bosch to go in) one that stopped working and this was a great deal. I mean for 200 odd quid installation and recycling was free, so what more can anyone really want? The installer was very professional, courteous and thorough which totally caught me off guard because at this price I was expecting a slap dash job, so that was a pleasant surprise. He even fixed a small leak under the kitchen skink while at it, so can't praise their attention to detail enough. As for the dishwasher itself, it's too early to tell but initial signs are positive. I put it on highest water hardness level (London baby!) and so far it's done a great job on standard settings. I tried the Eco settings once and got mediocre results which is in part with our old Bosch so I would't say it's any worse.

Working well

Chaps who installed dishwasher were good then only thing is I wished Amazon gave a better time instead of between 7am and 7pm The actual dishwasher itself seems ok. However if you leave the cutlery shelf in then you can't fit pint glasses into upper shelf or if you lower that then you can't fit dinner plates in at the bottom. Overall easy to use and seems to do a good job of cleaning but intense programme takes well over three hours to complete (is that normal for a dishwasher as don't recall my last one taking that long?)

I am not able to review the actual dish washer. I had booked installation and removal of the old dishwasher. They were not able to complete as the old dishwasher was hard wired and so the delivery guys could not remove the old one or fit the new. The washer was returned.

Very nice dishwasher so far. It's good value for money, compared to the older dishwasher removed. It's quiet with a lovely cutlery rack that slides in and out at the top. The free fitting was faultless with two lovely men from Milton Keynes. Miles away from my location and they were very efficient. I'd highly recommend this dishwasher and the two polite and efficient installers. Credit due to Amazon for that. I must add that the eco wash at 1 hour and 30 mins is more than adequate for pre rinsed pots.

Currently waiting for an engineer to fix it - heating element gone limited use as we bought as a downsize to the one we had had for years-(bush)-as the kids have grown up and moved on only 3 month old

This dishwasher is perfect for smaller kitchens. It has loads of settings, so you can customize it to your needs. The size is great for a compact model, and it was easy to install. What really stands out is how quiet it is while running — it barely makes a sound! Plus, it’s cheap to run, which is always a bonus. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Definitely recommend for those who need efficiency without the noise.

We encountered two issues with the machine: Firstly, after purchasing the machine from the Amazon website, we received an email stating that the delivery was unsuccessful due to transit damage. We had to contact Amazon to arrange for a replacement. Fortunately, this problem was resolved, but it did cause some inconvenience. Secondly, this was our first time purchasing a dishwasher, and based on the product information and images on Amazon, we mistakenly assumed that the dishwasher would come with a pre-installed white metal door. However, we discovered that the dishwasher does not include a door and it needs to be fitted separately to match the kitchen furniture. This came as a surprise to us, as the product images and the product name clearly indicated "Integrated Dishwasher White." As a result, we had to return the product and purchase an alternative model, causing us to reschedule the plumber for another day.
