Good Hibiscus syrup
This is good for certain cocktails that require hibiscus flavoring. It gives the right amount of flavor.

Hibiscus
Hibiscus has strong flavor, deep color, great as addition to tea, lemonade, or certain mixed drinks. I got it for a margarita recipe from Southern Living that I had to try. More recipes on Monin website. Bottle was wrapped in plastic that was taped on, not leaking.

Very Sweet
Use sparingly as it is very sweet especially if using an already sweet cocktail mix. It does have a different after taste. But I really do like it with my premade lemonade (but I have to water it down). It is my summer mocktail. I pour about less than a tsp into a glass, add lots of ice then slowly pour the watered down lemonade over the ice. So the red hibiscus syrup is at the bottom of the glass then lemonade. I then gently mix it but still have most of the syrup on the bottom. So good on a hot summer day.

My favorite flavor so far! Taste just like hibiscus and perfect with a little ginger and pineapple.

Yes, it was delivered on time and I can make a lot of drinks with that sparkling water and some of that hibiscus syrup delicious

Weird flavor
I really love a lot of their flavors but this one was just not good at all. Tasted like some type of artificial candy, I do not recommend.
