Very easy to take gummies with a nice flavor. These have lots of good ingredients in an easy to take form. Happy to add these to my daily supplements.

Nice Treat While Taking Your Supplement
These are a tasty treat, actually. They have a nice, different cherry flavor. When considering the spectrum of texture being marshmallow to gummy bear, these are closer to Jelly-baby ;).... They are easier chewed than a gummy bear but not as rubbery.Per the packaging they have lots of beneficial ingredients. Take what you will of that.Is there enough (considering you are recommended to 3 three a day) in the supply considering the price? I'm not sure.
